Re: Ordering public servants to report themselves
Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has already seized the administrative power; in order to inform the relevant persons of its policy on the public administration of the State, [the Council for Democratic Reform] hereby orders the permanent secretaries of all ministries, the director generals of all departments, the chiefs of the department-level agencies, the chiefs of the state enterprise agencies, or the chiefs of other state agencies, as well as the presidents of the state universities and higher education institutions located in Bangkok Metropolis and its vicinity, to report themselves to the Council for Democratic Reform at the Headquarters of the Royal Thai Army, Ratchadamnoen Nok Road, Bangkok, on the 20th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, at 09:00 hours.
