Re: Assigning a public servant to an acting position
Reference is made to the Order of the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform No 11/2549, Re: Ordering public servants to serve at the Office of the Prime Minister, by which Police Major General Peeraphan Premabhuti, Permanent Secretary to the Office of the Prime Minister (Executive Officer 11), has been ordered to serve at the Office of the Prime Minister from the 21st day of September 2549 BE onwards, with monthly salaries paid by his original agency for the time being.
For the suitability in and benefit of the public service, the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform, exercising the power under section 44 of the Act Regulating the Public Administration of the State, 2534 BE in his capacity as the Prime Minister according to the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No 4, Re: The powers in the public administration of the State, hereby orders Nai Rongpol Charoenpan, Secretariat General of the Cabinet (Executive Officer 11), to additionally act as the Permanent Secretary to the Office of the Prime Minister.
This Order shall take effect from now on.
