The Advisory Boards shall have the power and duty to offer advice and recommendations to the Council for Democratic Reform as requested by the Council for Democratic Reform or as found appropriate by the Advisory Boards themselves.

The Advisory Boards shall separately meet to consider their matters, but all or some of them may jointly meet when found appropriate by the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform, Secretary General of the Council for Democratic Reform, or their Chief Advisors.

Each Advisory Board shall appoint one of its members to serve as a Secretary and may also have Assistant Secretaries.

The Secretariat General of the Council for Democratic Reform shall facilitate the organisation of meetings of the Advisory Boards according to this Order.
