Re: Assigning a public servant to an acting position
Whereas a royal command has been issued permitting Nai Thawin Samak-ratthakit, Director of the National Office of Buddhism (Executive Official 10), to retire from his position from the 1st day of October 2549 BE on account of having reached the age of sixty years and being required to retire from the public service upon conclusion of the budget year 2549 BE according to the law on monthly and one-off pensions for public servants;
In order for the public service in the National Office of Buddhism to proceed without interruption after the position of Director of the National Office of Buddhism (Executive Official 10) becomes vacant upon coming of the aforementioned time, Nang Chularat Bunyakorn, Deputy Director of the National Office of Buddhism (Executive Official 9), is hereby appointed as Acting Director of the National Office of Buddhism (Executive Official 10).
This shall take effect from the 1st day of October 2549 BE until a different order is given.
