Establishing Mahidol Wittayanusorn School,

Given on the 15th day of August 2543 BE
Being the 55th year of the present reign

Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej gives a great royal command by which He orders with His pleasure that it be announced as follows:

Whereas it is appropriate to establish Mahidol Wittayanusorn School as a public orgsanisation under the law on public organisations;

Therefore, by virtue of the powers of under the stipulations of section 221 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand and section 5 of the Public Organisations Act, 2542 BE, He orders with His gracious pleasure that the following Royal Decree be enacted:

Section1.This Royal Decree is called the "Royal Decree Establishing Mahidol Wittayanusorn School, 2543 BE".

Section2.This Royal Decree shall come into force from the day following the day of its publication in the Government Gazette onwards.

Section3.In this Royal Decree—

"School" means Mahidol Wittayanusorn School;

"Board" means the Governing Board of Mahidol Wittayanusorn School;
