Section5.The designation of a calendar year according to the stipulations of section 4 does not affect the age of a person or a period of time which has been designated by or needs to be calculated according to a law or juristic act promulgated or formulated prior to the day of coming into force of this Act.
Section6.All the money which the public sector has to pay in each year that starts on the 1st day of April and which is paid in advance shall, if already paid in full for the year 2483 Buddhist Era prior to the coming into force of this Act, be deemed to have been paid up to the end of March 2484 Buddhist Era. As for the remaining months of the year 2484 Buddhist Era that are to follow, the competent authorities shall only pay the money for nine months, after which the payment shall be made in accordance with the calendar years.
In the event that [the money] is not paid in advance or is paid advance but has not yet been paid in full for the year, the competent authorities shall calculate and pay for only nine months the money that is to be paid for the year 2483 Buddhist Era, and [this payment] shall be deemed concluded for the year 2483 Buddhist Era. The payment following shall be calculated and made from the 1st day of January 2484 Buddhist Era and shall be made in accordance with the calendar years.
Section7.[As for] all the taxes, duties, or fees of whatever kind, which have been scheduled to be paid in the year that starts on the 1st day of April
