Given on the 10th day of February 2560 BE
Being the 2nd year of the present reign

Somdet Phra Chaoyuhua Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun gives a royal command by which He orders with His pleasure that it be announced as follows:

Whereas it is appropriate to amend legal provisions relating to criminal liability of juristic person representatives;

Therefore, He grants with His gracious pleasure, by and with the advice and consent of the National Legislative Assembly, the enactment of the following Act:

Section1.This Act is called the Act Amending Legal Provisions Relating to Criminal Liability of Juristic Person Representatives, 2560 BE.

Section2.This Act shall come into force from the day following the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.

Section3.The provisions of the following sections of seventy-six legal codes, acts, and emergency decrees shall respectively be repealed and replaced by the provisions contained in the schedule annexed to this Act:

(1)section 12quarter of the Control of Auction and Trade in Antiques Act, 2474 Buddhist Era, as amended by the Control of Auction and Trade in Antiques Act (No 5), 2535 BE;
