“Section26.In the event that the person committing the offence under section 5 or 8 is a juristic person and the commission of the offence by the juristic person is the result of an instruction given or act done by any director, manager, or person responsible for the operation of the juristic person, or in the event that such a person has the duty to give an instruction or do an act and he omits to give the instruction or do the act, thereby resulting in the commission of such offence by the juristic person, he shall be punished with imprisonment of not over one year, or a fine of not over three hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine.”

“Section48/1.Whoever contravenes section 15, paragraph 4, shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to five years and a fine from ten thousand baht to one hundred thousand baht.
In the event that a public entity or state agency commits the offence under paragraph 1 and the commission of the offence by the public entity or state agency is the result of an instruction given or act done by the chief of the public entity or state agency, or in the event that such a person has the duty to give an instruction or do an act and he omits to give the instruction or do the act, thereby resulting in the commission of such offence by the public entity or state agency, he shall be punished with the punishment provided for the offence also.
Section49.Whoever contravenes section 17 shall be punished with imprisonment of not over six months, or a fine of not over twenty thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine.
