(4)subjection to a judgment [imposing] a punishment of imprisonment;

(5)commission of the prohibited act according to section 143;

(6)passage of a resolution of no confidence by the House of Representatives according to section 131.

Section150.In case of emergency in which it is urgently necessary to maintain the public safety or avert a public disaster and it is unable to convene the National Assembly in good time, or when such an event occurs during dissolution of the House of Representatives, the Monarch may enact an emergency decree to be applied as an act.

At the next meeting of the National Assembly, the emergency decree shall be introduced to the National Assembly without delay. If approbated by the National Assembly, the emergency decree shall continue to have the force of an act. If reprobated by the National Assembly, the emergency decree shall lapse; however, this does not affect the affairs which took place during the application of such emergency decree.
