Relocation of U.S. Route 421 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 421 and U.S. Route 70 in Greensboro, then northerly over U.S. Route 70 to the intersection at U.S. Route 220, then westerly over U.S. Route 220 for 2.3 miles to the intersection of another facility, then southwesterly over the facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 421.
Relocation of U.S. Route 601 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 601 and I-85 at China Grove, then northeasterly over I-85 for 5.6 miles to the intersection at another facility, then northwesterly over the facility for 1.2 miles to the intersection of present U.S. Route 601 at Salisbury.
