NORTH CAROLINA Establishment of Interstate Route APPROVED SUBJECT TO FHWA CONCURRENCE AND COMPLETION OF FUTURE CONSTRUCTION	Beginning at the intersection of I-85 and a facility to be constructed north of Charlotte, then clockwise over the new alignment to the intersection of I-77 just north of the South Carolina State Line.
Relocation of U.S. Route 64 RESUBMITTAL APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 64 and State Route 90 at Statesville, then northwesterly over S.R. 90 to the intersection at S.R. 18, then southwesterly over S.R. 18 to the intersection of U.S. Route 70 Bypass, then southerly over U.S. 70 Bypass to the intersection of present U.S. Route 64 at Morganton.
Establishment of U.S. Route 64 Alternate WITHDRAWN	Establish as U.S. Route 64 Alternate present U.S. Route 64 between the points described above.
Relocation of U.S. Route 64 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 64 Business and State Route 18 in Morganton, then northerly over S.R. l8 to the intersection of proposed U.S. Route 64 in north Morganton.
