Doctor Sahib — I thank yon not only on my behalf, bnt also on be- half of my cousin Rajah Mohammad Kazim Hose in Khan Bahadur of Bilhara, my family, relations and the officers of my staff. I shall always remember with gratitude and pleasure the benefits I have derived from your able and skilful treatment. I have full confidence in you and have a very high opinion of your profes- sional knowledge and skill. I have watched with interest not only yonr considerate treatment but also the great attention you cheer- fully bestow on yonr patients. Your affability and affection for those who come under your treatment have become proverbial here. 2. It gives me great pleasure to declare, and I trust all present in this Durbar will concur with me in saying that your uprightnesa- and good manners have extorted our respect and admiration. You leave in this station a host of friends and adinirers^nay, I think that there is not a single person in this town who speaks unfavorably of you. 4 Before concluding, I consider it my duty to thank most sincerely His Honor the Lieutenant-Governor, N. W. Provinces, and Chief Commissioner of Oudh, for his very kindly lending me your services. 5.
