Entendible: com. Conceiuable, intelligible, vnderstandable, plaine, euident.
Entendiblement. Plainely, perspicuously, intelligibly; so as it may be vnderstood with ease; also learnedly, sencibly, vnderstandingly, with good iudgement.

Entends-tu. Looke Enten-tu. Entend-trois. An equiuocation of doubtfull, or double meaning. Il fait de l'entend-trois. He answers (of purpose from the purpose,) as though he vnderstood not the question; or, he seemes to listen to somewhat else; or, makes as if he had three to answere at once, and therefore cannot satisfie euery one.
Entendu: m. uë: f. Vnderstood, conceiued, apprehended, perceiued; also, wise, cunning, wittie, skilfull, expert, knowne, well seene or experienced, in.

Enten-tu: m. Wit, conceit, vnderstanding, apprehension. À bon enten-tu il ne fault qu'un demy mot: Prov. A good wit needs but one word to informe it; or, a wise man pickes whole sence from halfe a word.

Enter. To graffe; also, to fasten, settle, or fix, in.
Enter en Canon. To lodge a short graffe (cut off with some more barke at the foote then needes to couer it,) within the tender barke of a shoote, or branch, thats little bigger then the graffe it selfe.
Enter au Coin. To graffe within a cleft made in the top of a Stock; (the ordinarie fashion.)

Enterinement: m. An absolute admitting, allowing, approuing, letting passe; a full graunt, or confirmation, followed by th' effect, or execution thereof; for it also imports (more then a bare approbation) an accomplishment; or, at least, a decree for it.
Enteriner. To admit, approue, allow of; to let passe; yeeld consent, or giue confirmation, vnto, and thereupon to effect, execute, accomplish; or iudge, and pronounce fit to be effected, executed, accomplished.
