AGREEMENT[1] AMENDING THE AGREEMENT OF 9 JULY 1963[2] BETWEEN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND, THE FEDERATION OF MALAYA, NORTH BORNEO, SARAWAK AND SINGAPORE RELATING TO MALAYSIA
It is hereby agreed that in Article II of the Agreement relating to Malaysia concluded in London on the ninth day of July nineteen hundred and sixty three,[2] the date " 16th September " shall be substituted for the date " 31st August " and that the Malaysia Act of the Parliament of the Federation of Malaya shall, with any consequential amendments, come into force on 16th September, 1963.
