And it is further voated and ordered that the Tow[ ] Treasurer shall pay all Legal dues and duties in Geathering and such other —— Lawfull —— Charges that shall accrew in bring in the s^d sum of one hundred and fifty pounds in to the Towns Treasurry . . .
