Claude and Clauda Charloz and Perrenette Molard likewise said that when they were very young they were taken to the Sabbat by Clauda Gindre, their maternal grandmother. It is probable that these children had been dedicated to Satan by Guillaume Vuillermoz and Clauda Gindre; yet it is true that they have not been convicted of any act of witchcraft.

Here I cannot refrain from reprimanding parents who, through waiting for suitable godparents, leave their children so long unbaptised.
