FALL MIGRATION
A fall migrant has been seen at New Orleans, La., as early as July 23. 1898, and one was taken on the northern coast of South America, Sep- tember 6, showing that the Golden-winged Warbler is among the early migrants, The last ones seen were noted at Lanesboro, Minn., Septem— ber 8. 1889; Livonia, Mich., September 21, 1891; Chicago.
