Q Okay. Okay. Thank you.

BY

Q Okay. So just one more question and then we can take our break.

Going back to the meeting that you were starting to tell us about where you met with Mr. Brown with several of your colleagues in a hotel room about the project regarding calling State and local officials, had Pennsylvania been—the Presidential race in Pennsylvania been called at that point?

A Sorry, could you repeat the question?

Q Sure. The time period that you were starting to tell us about where you met in a hotel room, Mr. Brown gave you the assignment of calling certain State and local elected officials, you recall that that was at the end of November.

A Uh-huh.

Q Is that right? Do you remember that it was after the election, the Presidential election in Pennsylvania, had been called?

Mr. Brothers. Objection, vague. Can you define "called"?

BY

Q Sure. The—well, your—one of your responsibilities on election night was monitoring the media to determine when each network was calling the race.

A Uh-huh.

Q Announcing their conclusion about who would be the winner in the Presidential race. Is that correct?

A Is that correct that was my role on election night?

Q Yes.

A Yes.

Q Okay. And was Pennsylvania called on election night?
