A Yes. If you look at the second page, he sent a message that says, "What do you need to find out about?" And respond, "Just more hearing dates." That was referring to provisional ballot review canvassing, I believe.

Q Okay. Thank you.

And do you recall, in those hearing dates, what they concerned other than, you know, broadly speaking, provisional ballot review?

A I would believe that I was simply trying to find out when we needed to have observers, volunteers at the provisional ballot review.

Q So you don't think this was actually concerning the hearings themselves?

A I believe that a part of provisional ballot review has a type of hearing. I don't know any, you know, more specifics on that. "Hearing" is referencing a part of provisional ballot review.

Q And do you know what relationship the commissioners have in these hearings?

A Just trying to find a local contact who might know what dates these were occurring in these specific counties.

Q Okay. So, when you asked Mr. Ivory for that information, it was just for contact information for people to attend the hearing? Or help me understand.

A So I was asking him if he had a good relationship with any of these county commissioners in these four counties that I listed because I wanted to know if these county commissioners had knowledge of when these hearings for provisional ballot review were taking place.

Q Okay.

A If he had a relationship, it appears that I likely would've asked him to contact one of those individuals, rather than me, a stranger, contacting them.
