Barron. of the City of Toronto. in the County of York and Province of Ontario. trading under the name and style of "Barron's Grocery and Provision Business." made an authorised assignment on the 30th day of August. 1939. and that the first. meeting of creditors will he held on Friday. September 8. at 3 pm. daylight saving time, in Room 107, at the City Hall, Toronto, Ontario.

To vote thereat proofs of claims and proxies must be filed with us prior thereto.
