In the foreground. on the bank of a river and in front ol a high tree, three grooms are exercising their horses, one of them, in the centre. leading a second horse by the bridle. Two other gro: ms with three horses are in the river beyond. On the lelt, an open doorway: open country with hills in the distance on the right. Signed with monogram.
