RULES.
- Do not sound the italicised letters.
- Wherever an apostrophe occurs, put in a strong aspirate.
- Ow is to be pronounced throughout as in how and ü as in German, or as the French u.
- All other combinations are to be pronounced strictly according to the requirements of the English alphabet.
