Where the same title is repeated more than once in the same document, but is followed by different descriptive matter, subtitles, names of authors, etc., separate fees will be charged.

Examples:

(2)

--"Combination Waffle Iron and Pants Presser"
--"Combination Waffle Iron and Pants Presser (side view)"

--The Romance of Searching"

Where a work is listed under alterna­tive titles, or where both old and new titles are indicated, separate fees will be charged.

Examples:

(1)

"Money Isn't Everything," also known as "Who Wants to be a Seven"

(2)

"Jimmie's Cafe," formerly known as "Draw One"

(d)

Where a work is listed under two titles, but the second title is merely a des­criptive subtitle or translation of the first, only one fee will be charged.
