(COMMENCEMENT) NOTIFICATION 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Copyright Act 2021, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification is the Copyright Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2. Division 2 of Part 9 and section 507(4)(c) of the Copyright Act 2021 come into operation on 1 May 2024.
