By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of Junc 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, Executive Order No. 5709, of September 11, 1931, withdrawing public lands bx T. 15 S., R. 20 E. of the San Bernardino meridian, California, pending a resurvey, is hereby revoked.
This order shall become effective upon the date of the official filing of the plat of resurvey of said township.
