Henry of Warwick is reckoned the first that enjoyed this dignity 10. He died iv Cal. Maii (28th April) 1227'^
Richard Blondy, from this dignity was made bishop of this see in Jan. 1245 i-'. Held the office in
1233- Roger Bosom succeeded Blondy.
Walter Lodeswell held this dignity in i24^^-^.
Henry de Wengham was collated ii Non. Mar. (6th) 1258-9, and in 1259 ^^^ made bishop of Lon- don 1^.
