John Durell, S.T.P., was appointed by patent i8th July 1677, on the death of Bruno Ryves^", installed 27th July. He died viii Id. Junii (6th) 1683, aetat. 58, and was buried in the chapel. Francis Turner, S.T.P., master of Sfy. John's college^ Cambridge, wds appointed by patent 27th June 1683, on the death of John Durell ^s, installed 20th July. In the same year he was made bishop of Rochester, but held this with it till 21st Aug. 1684, when he was translated to Ely. Gregory Haskard, S.T.P., was appointed by patent 29th Sept. 1684, on the promotion of Francis Turner to the see of Ely^^^ and installed the same day. He died in 1708. Thomas Manningham, S.T.P., was appointed by pa- tent 23rd Feb. 1708-9, on the death of George Has- kard O; installed 26th Feb. In 1709 he was made bishop of Chichester. John Robinson, S.T.P., was appointed by patent 24th Nov. 1709, on the promotion of Thomas Manningham to Chichester ^^; installed 3rd Dec. He was conse- crated bishop of Bristol 19th Nov. 17 10, but held this in commendam with it till March 1 713—14, when he was translated to London. George Verney, S.T.P., baron Willonghbi/ of Broke^ was appointed by patent 22nd March 1713—14, on the translation of John Robinson from Bristol to London'*-, and installed 24th March 17 13-14.
