Jointly with Vakre¢vara Panchanana, another Pundit, they finished the translation of 75 chapters,—Vakre- ¢vara contributing two chapters one on Kagi Pan- chakrogi and the other describing a journey through the city. The work now again came to a stand- still for various reasons. After this, however, we happened to meet with a Pundit named Uma- gankara Tarkalankara. Though by the will 01 Providence this excellent man is blind in both eyes, yet he is possessed of some very admirable qualities.
