LORD SYDNEY'S LETTERS. Two letters written by Lord Sydney, Secretary of State for the Home Department, one to the Lords of the Treasury dated 18th Letters to August, 1786, and the other to the Lords of the Admiralty dated 31st August in that year, contained instructions for the supply and and equipment of the ships required for the expedition to Botany ^**"*"^*y- Bay.
