Sadulla, the husband of the murdered woman in the City Murder Case, filed a suit before Mr. Bosanquet, J. P., sometime ago against Mr. Gallaghar, Editor of the Deccan Standard" for publishing a paragraph casting aspersions on his wife's character. Mr. Gallaghar has since made a sort of apology through his columns; and as his remarks regarding the deceased woman do not seem to have been dictated by malice and as he is prepared to make all honorable amends it is hoped that Sadulla will withdraw his plaint.page 91
