In the King's Bench.
HENRY CLUTTERBUCK, of Bridge Street, Black friars, in the City of London, Doctor of Medicine , maketh oath and saith, that he hath had four[1] interviews of considerable length with James Tilly Matthews ; at one[1] of which Doctor Munro was present ; that this deponent could not discover any thing that indicated insanity in the said James Tilly Matthews, and he verily believes him to be perfectly sane.
