Formula for Preserving Summer Plants
Water 1 sho = 1 qt. 1 pt.
Salt 3 zo = 1½ oz.
Sake ½ sho = 1½ pt.
Mint 20 nomme = 58 grains
Sansho " " = " "
Mogusa " " = " "
Mustard " " = " "

Put all three together. Let boil for five minutes. When cold pour into stems.
