Pacific in connection with the contests concerning the 57 entries in Tp. 14 S., R. 2-3-4 E., particulars of which are given in Chapter 3, the railway corporation agreed to sell the twenty-four claims that fell to it at a reasonable figure, and this was what Smith had reference to when he wrote the foregoing. His letter, in fact, was a gentle reminder for Puter to get busy.
