Whether Young China will follow the same policy as Young Persia and Young Turkey, or whether they will learn wisdom from the mistakes of their brothers in the Middle and Near East, it is impossible to say. Many grave problems confront the Chinese Republic, and not the least is that which relates to the tactful and sympathetic government of the non-Chinese races beyond the Great Wall.
