Leander Kerr: Dear Sir—At a meeting of Cooper Lodge, No. 36, of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons, a resolution was unanimously adopted, appointing the undersigned a committee, on behalf of the Lodge, to express to you their high appreciation of the able and appropriate address, delivered by you, on the occasion of the dedication of the new Masonic Hall in this city; and to request a copy of the same for publication.
