Measures to be taken in this are are:
- 1. Price, rent and wag controls.
- 2. Direct consumer rationing.
- 3. Credit control.
- 4. An adequate tax program to offset the inflationary effects of direct outlays.

ODM will regroup its activities to form four major divisions:

- 3. Stabilization.
