under subsection (1), subject to such conditions or limitations as the Commission may specify.

(3) In exercising any of the powers of enforcement under this Act, an authorised officer shall on demand produce to the person against whom he is acting the authority issued to him by the Commission.

(4) Any decision of the Commission or of any person to whom any function, duty or power has been delegated by the Commission may be signified under the hand of the Chairman or any person authorised by the Chairman to sign on his behalf.

Administration Body

9.—(1) The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint an Administration Body.

(2) The Administration Body—

(a) may advise the Minister on any matter relating to the management and administration of the Commission that the Administration Body considers appropriate or that is referred to the Administration Body by the Minister;
(b) may enter into agreements for the purposes of the Commission, including any co-operation agreement;
(c) shall manage the budget for the Commission, and accounts and records of transactions and affairs relating to the Commission;
(d) shall submit such reports relating to the affairs of the Commission as the Minister may require; and
(e) may provide the Commission with such administrative and other support as may be required.

(3) Proceedings in respect of an offence under this Act may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by an officer of the Administration Body who is authorised in writing in that behalf by the Chairman.
