And still his hunger grew and grew. Poor Pinocchio had no other relief than that of yawning, and he gaped so tremendously that sometimes the corners of his mouth almost touched his ears. He began to feel faint and dizzy. Crying desperately he sobbed; "The Talking Cricket was right. I have behaved badly in rebelling against my father and running away.
