These men are keenly alive to the many interests involved in the general problem of air in its human relations and are now beginning in this city an extended experimental investigation of them in the hope of obtaining results of value to both science and humanity. The man of science who thus successfully investigates feels the keen and satisfying joy of pushing back a little farther the barriers between the known and the unknown; and the multitude who look on reap a benefit from his labor in seeing pointed out a way to more healthful living.
