Being the 10th year of the present reign

Whereas the House of People’s Representatives has resolved that it is found appropriate to approve the Emergency Decree Amending the “Act Promulgating the Provisions of Book 6 of the Civil and Commercial Code, 2477 Buddhist Era”, 2486 Buddhist Era, according to the provisions of section 52 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand;

Therefore, it is commanded, by and with the advice and consent of the House of People’s Representatives, that the following Act be enacted:

Section1.This Act shall be called the Act Approving
