( 5 ) The committee appointed to examine the accounts of Washington Lodge, No. 15, Beauforl county, with this Grand Lodge, reported, that the said Lodge tn their o- pinion ought to be released from the payment of all sums due from^ them to this Grand Lodge, which accrued pre= vious to the year A.
