Hissar District.— Hissar is the south-western district of the division and hasArea, 5213 sq. m. Cultd area, 4201 sq. m. Pop. 804,809; 67 p. c. H. Land Rev. Rs- 9.76,749 =£67,117. a long common boundary with Bikaner. It is divided into five tahsils, Hissar, Hansi, Bhiwani, Fatehabad, and Sirsa.
