SEC. 402. REPRODUCTION OF COPYRIGHTED WORKS BY LIBRARIES AND ARCHIVES.
- Section 108(i) of title 17, United States Code, is amended by striking "(b) and (c)" and inserting "(b), (c), and (h)".
