Multnomah took the lead, having an output of $346,- 781, which was fifty per cent more than that of any other county. Marion, Washington, and Lane each had an output valued at more than $200,000; Linn, Coos, Umatilla, Tilla- mook, and Union, over $150,000 each; Yamhill, Douglas, and Clackamas, over $100,000 each ; Wasco, Grant, Jackson, Polk, Morrow, and Curry, over $50,000 each. Counties in the Wil- lamette Valley were, for the most part, the greatest producers. Some coast counties ranked high ; others, low. Coos was sixth ; Tillamook, eighth ; Curry, eighteenth ; Lincoln, twenty- fourth ; Clatsop, thirty-third. In northeastern Oregon, Uma- tilla was seventh ; Union, ninth ; Wallowa, twenty-first ; Baker, twenty-fifth. Douglas was eleventh ; Jackson, fifteenth ; Jose-
