ARGUMENT.

��Jesus converses with the Samaritan woman, who believes, and also many of the Samaritans; departing from among them, he returns to Galilee ; he foretelh his death. Peter's confession of the faith, and his reward. The Transfiguration of Christ on Mount Thabor. He commences his journey to Jerusalem. Crowds follow him from all parts; his journey becomes a triumph; the people salute him with hosannas, pave the way before him with their garments, and with palm branches. He weeps over the city, and pronounces its doom.
