' A ND that none of our Officers fhall receive an ' jt original Writ pleadable at the Common Law, ' but fuch as be fealed by the Great Seal of Ireland; ' (2) nor any Procefs fhall be made by any other Writ ' faving that by our Seal of our Exchequer of Ireland, ' of Things touching that Court, it fhall be done as by ' Reafon it ought to be, and according as it hath been ' heretofore accuftomed.'
