  • to give their Verdict, and thereof be attainted by

' Procefs contained in the fame Article, be it at the ' Suit of the Party that will fue for himfelf, or for the ' King, or any other Ferfon, every of the faid Jurors ' fhall pay ten times as much as he hath taken ; (2) f and he that will fue fhall have the one Half, and the ' King the other Half. (;) And that all the Embrace - ' ors that bring or procure fuch Inquefts in the Coun- ' try to take Gain or Profit, fhall be puniflied in the ' fame Manner and P'orm as the Jurors; (4) end if ' the Juror orEmbraceor fo attainted have nor whereof ' to make Gree in the Manner aforefaid, he fhall have ' the Imprifonment of one Year.
