Sixth Year of King Richard the Second, late ICing 1 of England, it was ordained and accorded, That every Foreign and Alien, being of the Amity of our Lord the King, and of the Realm, coming within the City of London, and other Cities, Boroughs, and Towns within the faid Realm of England, as well within Franchifes- as without, with Fifh, and other Victuals whatfoevcr, there abiding and returning, ' fhould be from thenceforth under the Safeguard and
