Every Man may pull down the Wears and Engines in the Haven of Southampton, between Caljhord, and Red- bridge; and whofoever levieth any other there, fhall pay One hundred Pounds to the King. CAP. VI. Where Cuftom fhall be payed when Cloths be packed in one Port, and fhipped in another. cap. vn. The principal Leaders of any Perfons to commit a Riot or unlawful Affembly, fhall be committed to Prifon fo long Time, and pay fuch Fine, and be bound to the Peace with Sureties in fuch a Sum of Money, as

fhall feem meet to the Juftices of Peace before whom the Complaint is made, or the Indictment found.

And if the Riot be with Forty Perfons, or thought heinous, then the Juftices of Peace lhall certify the fame, and fend up the Record of Convidtion to the King and his Council. To endure to the next Parlia- ment. CAP. VIII. A Repeal of the Statute of 3 H. 7. c. 5. touching Ufury. He that lendeth his Money upon Ufury, or make th any Bargain of Lands or Goods grounded upon Ufury, fhall forfeit the one Half thereof. CAP. IX. North and South Tyndal, and all the Lands within the fame fhall be gildable, and Parcel of the County of Northumberland, and no Franchife fhall be there, but all the King's Writs and Officers fhall be obeyed. (2) And no Man fhall demife any Lands for Years, Life, or at Will there, but the LefTee fhall before find Two Sureties, having at the leaftxl.s. of Freehold within the County of Northumberland, to be bound by Recognifance in xx. li. to the King, to make Anfwer within Eight Days Warning, to all Murders, Trea- fons, Felonies, &c. and the LefTor fhall forfeit xl. s. for every Acre otherwife let, to the King and Juftices, and the Leafe fhall be void. (3) And the Juftices of Peace fhall enquire of the Recognifances forfeited. C A P.' X. A Remedy or Means to levy a Subfidy or Benevolence before granted to the King. CAP. XI. No Man fhall be a Worfted-fhearer in Norvjich, unlefs he hath been Seven Years an Apprentice, or be al- lowed by the Mayor, and Matters of the Company. (2) The Worfted-fhearers in Norwich fhall make no Ordinance but fuch as the Mayor and Aldermen fhall think nece/Tary. (3J No Inhabitant in Norwich, being not a Shearman fhall keep a Shearman in his Houfe. Rep. 19 H. 7. c. 17.
