The Truftees in all Conveyances to be made by them fhall covenant with the Purchafers in ufual Covenant. Form, to free the Premiffes, and fave the Purchafer harmlefs, from any Act done or fuffered by them, which may any way incumber the Premiffes. XIII. Provided always, and be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That all Fee-farmers of Fee-hrmers of any Mills formerly belonging to the Crown or Parcel of his Majefty's Duchy of Lanca/fer, fhall have the Mills. Protection and Privilege of his Majefty's Courts of Exchequer and Duchy of Lancajier, and all Suits to Mill, and Aids of thefaid Courts, and enjoy all other former Privileges and Advantages, notwithftanding the Sale of the faid Fee-Farm Rents iffuing out of the faid Mills, to all Intents and Purpofes, and in as large and beneficial Manner, as when the faid Fee-Farm Rents, or any of them, were payable to his Ma- jefty, his Heirs and Succelfors. aIV.
