The Truftees in all Conveyances to be made by them fhall covenant with the Purchafers in ufual Covenant. Form, to free the Premiffes, and fave the Purchafer harmlefs, from any Act done or fuffered by them, which may any way incumber the Premiffes. XIII. Provided always, and be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That all Fee-farmers of Fee-hrmers of any Mills formerly belonging to the Crown or Parcel of his Majefty's Duchy of Lanca/fer, fhall have the Mills. Protection and Privilege of his Majefty's Courts of Exchequer and Duchy of Lancajier, and all Suits to Mill, and Aids of thefaid Courts, and enjoy all other former Privileges and Advantages, notwithftanding the Sale of the faid Fee-Farm Rents iffuing out of the faid Mills, to all Intents and Purpofes, and in as large and beneficial Manner, as when the faid Fee-Farm Rents, or any of them, were payable to his Ma- jefty, his Heirs and Succelfors. aIV. Alms, Corodies, Profits and Allowances as are due and payable or which are chargeable upon, have f'^' '? ^^'■. been or ought to be paid or allowed to or for the Maintenance of any Grammiy School or Scholars, or for ta;„ ^ school or towards the Reparation of any Church, Chapel, Highway, Caufeway, Bridges, Schools, Alms-houfes, &c. to remain Caftles or any other Ufes, upon, out of or for the Premiffes, or any of them, to be fettled upon Truftees as heietofore. , according to this A£l as aforefaid, fhall be and continue to be paid and allowed as they were and have been heretofore, (z) And the faid Truftees are hereby authorized and required to fet out, convey and affure unto fuch Perfon and Perfons, and their Heirs, Bodies Politick and Corporate, and their Succeffors and Ailigns, as they the faid Truftees fhall think, in Truft for the Performance of the Ufes aforefaid, or any of them, fuch of the faid Fee-Farm Rents, Duties or Sums of Money payable as aforefaid as fliall amount to any of the Sums fo charged, limited or allowed, to or for the Ufes or Purpofes aforefaid ; any Thing in this Ad or Inftructions to the contrary notwithftanding.
